Hey guys! It's been about a month since I updated the main page so I figured I'd do so! Thanks to our great photoshoppers for contributing to the site so far.
First, I want to thank everyone from the MK2 community on helping with getting the MK2 VW Golf section 'up to par' on the site, in such a short time! Everyone espically in this thread, helped a great deal. Shoutout to Phil Albert as well for making endless lists of things and staying on my ass to fix up MK2 stuff that didn't look 'just right'.
That being said, I now have the MK2 Golf / GTI on the site available for modding!
Not only that, but I havealso added the new Audi A3 (8P) for modding as well!
On top of all this excitement, I've also implimented a new 'save' feature, which allows the user to save their images and show them on the internet at their liesure, without doing any fancy print screen mumbo-jumbo. I want to thank Brad Eccles for helping me with some flash side programming, Tony Truong for server side help and also the guys over at FlashKit.com
I know there have been tons and tons of requests (Don't worry I haven't forgotten about you MK4 guys that want the front end swap done!) I have been really sick as of the last week or so and haven't had time to get to all the requests. Currently, the best (and fastest) way to request something is on our forum here, or by emailing me directly.
Easily edit your photos with Canva's photo editor! Add filters, frames, text, and effects with our free online photo editing tool! A question mark indicates that the part does not have a variable for 'installed', meaning it's probably a fixed part on the car. What issues does you car have? Satsuma report only checks if all installed parts are bolted properly. If you're missing fluids or fuel somewhere, it won't detect that.

Enjoy the MK2 VW and A3 Audi! I hope you like the update.

Build a virtual car online.
If you don't have the means to build and purchase your own car in real life just yet, you can do so in the virtual world instead. A number of websites allow you to build a virtual car online. Some car designs are conceptual (not based on an existing car make and model), while other online tools allow you to start adding special features to an actual car type.
Use the Red Custom Car Shop tool to build a virtual car online. Click 'Play' to start the process. Choose from a sports car, hot rod or sport-utility vehicle. You can add new wheels, modify the interior and exterior of the vehicle, and add trimming to finish off the car design. When you're done, you can view the car in three dimensions. Take a screen shot (Press 'Alt' and 'Prnt Scrn') and paste it into a word-processing or image-editing program or print the page to hold onto a copy of your design. You must have Adobe Shockwave installed on your system to use this tool.

Create a virtual vehicle using the Pony Builder online tool. This online design wizard allows you to create your own custom Mustang from your browser. Choose from a variety of body kits, wheels, paint colors and accessories that will make the car all your own. There's an option to lower the car's suspension as well. When you're done, take a screen shot or print the page to keep the design. You need Adobe Flash to load and use this design tool.

Go to the Scion website to build a car from scratch. The Scion car company encourages potential buyers to plan their purchases using multiple features and extras. The Web visitor can also work with a concept car instead of an actual model using this tool. Click 'Cars' on the Scion front page, select your car type (real or concept) and then click the option to start building your own custom version of the car. Change the paint color and add your features (like spoilers, fog lights and bigger wheels). Create an account to save the design.
Tip
Place a printed copy of the virtual car design on your wall for motivation.
